王爱勤,男,1963年2月生,理学博士,研究员,博士生导师。1986年7月毕业于兰州大学化学系,1999年6月毕业于中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所获博士学位,2002年在日本作JSPS高级访问学者。甘肃省黏土矿物应用研究重点实验室主任,中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所环境材料与生态化学研究发展中心主任,中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所盱眙凹土应用技术研发中心主任;中国科学院盱眙凹土应用技术研发与产业化中心主任,江苏省凹凸棒石黏土产业技术创新战略联盟理事长,江苏省盱眙凹凸棒石黏土行业协会副理事长,中国非金属矿工业协会粘土矿物专业委员会副理事长,中国非金属矿工业协会理事,中国硅酸盐学会非金属矿分会理事,中国土壤学会土壤修复专业委员会委员,兰州大学兼职教授。2002年入选甘肃省“555创新人才工程第一层次人选;2011年江苏省“双创人才”计划;获国务院颁发的政府特殊津贴;2012年度江苏盱眙县年度人物,中国科学院院地合作先进个人,2013年获中国产学研合作创新奖,2014年江苏省淮安市劳动模范,2015获淮安市首届“最美科技人”荣誉称号,2016年获中国科学院“优秀共产党员”称号和“朱李月华”优秀导师奖;2016年入选中科院“特聘研究员(特聘骨干人才)”。担任Chemical Engineering Research and Design、Current Environmental Engineering、Iranian Polymer Journal、Journal of Engineering and Technological Sciences和Green and Environmental Chemistry杂志编委。

先后主持完成和正在承担包括国家自然科学基金、863、中国科学院“西部之光”、江苏省科技支撑和甘肃省科技支撑等项目40余项;在国内外刊物上发表论文480余篇,出版专著6部;申请发明专利82件,其中授权40件;获省部级成果奖10项。其中,农业化学节水调控关键技术与系列新产品产业化开发及应用,获2010年度国家科技进步二等奖;凹凸棒石棒晶束解离关键技术创新及其产业化应用,获2015年度江苏省科学技术一等奖。
