    先后入选中科院青年创新促进会会员、陇原青年创新创业人才等中科院人事局和甘肃省委组织部人才计划,目前是硕士研究生导师、中国机械工程学会表面工程分会青年学组特邀专家、中国腐蚀与防护学会摩擦腐蚀专业委员会专家、表层改性专委会委员、甘肃省材料学会青工委委员和山东省高层次人才发展促进会会员,是《Int. J. Min. Met. Mater.》期刊青年编委《表面技术》期刊的评审委员会委员,以及《Nano Letters》、Acta Materialia》、《Applied Surface Science》、《Materials Science and Engineering: A》、《Tribology International》、《Wear》和《Surface & Coatings Technology》等期刊的审稿人。已发表论文近60篇,授权国家发明专利4件。
