Prof. Feng Zhou's　group is a new established research group within the department LSL, LICP.　that is started in 2008. The research deals with　the fundamental research on the creation of ultraslippery surfaces/interfaces with soft matters and provides enabled solutions to drag-reduction, noise-reduction, antibiofouling, biolubrication and oil repellency for versatile uses.  The research in the group is highly interdisciplinary and can be organized into four main projects: 1) Surfaces/Interfaces of soft matters. 2) Functional coatings with extreme wetting and tunable adhesion. 3) Engineering coatings for oil seal, drag-reduction and antibiofouling. 4) Biolubrication.
